Weekly Rhythm: How I Structure for Sales Success

Hey everyone, Cejih here!

You might be wondering how I tackle the whirlwind of sales, partnerships, and internal work each week at CG Sports. It's all about intentionality and having a clear rhythm. Over the years, I've refined a weekly structure that allows me to maximize my impact and ensure we're always pushing forward.

Monday: Big Picture & Team Alignment

I kick off every week with big projects and internal meetings with the CG team. Mondays are about setting the tone, aligning on our major initiatives, and diving deep into strategic work that requires a clear head and collaborative energy. It's crucial for getting everyone on the same page and laying the groundwork for the week ahead.

Tuesday: The Sales Engine

This is my dedicated sales engine day. Tuesdays are packed with sales calls, outreach, and follow-up tasks on deals I'm trying to close. This focused block is incredibly effective. Most of the meetings I book over the next few weeks come directly from these concentrated Tuesday efforts. It's all about consistent, targeted action.

Wednesday: Pure Prospecting & Networking

Wednesdays are usually purely for prospecting and networking to new sponsors. This is where I dedicate time to identify new opportunities, build connections, and expand our reach. It's a critical component of our long-term growth strategy and requires a proactive approach to finding the right fit for CG Sports.

Thursday: Meetings & Internal Deep Dives

Thursdays blend sales meetings with more internal meetings. This allows me to continue driving deals forward while also checking in on ongoing projects and collaborating with the team on more in-depth operational items. It's a balance of external engagement and internal refinement.

Friday: Admin, Check-ins & Client Love

Finally, Fridays are for admin, 1-2 sales calls, and checking in with clients. This is a more relaxed day, allowing me to tie up loose ends, ensure everything is in order, and, most importantly, connect with our valued clients. There's a reason everyone feels good on Fridays – it's a great way to close out the week with a sense of accomplishment and strong relationships.

This structure isn't rigid, but it provides a powerful framework that keeps me focused and productive. By dedicating specific days to specific tasks, I find I can be more effective, strategic, and ultimately, drive greater success for CG Sports.

How do you structure your week for success? I'd love to hear your insights!
