CG's weekly rhythm for sales success

Hope you had a relaxing Memorial Day weekend! I used yesterday to do a bunch of sales follow up emails and outreach to prospects. Not sure if it was the extra day off, but OH BOY did I get a high volume of responses. I try to block out time each day or week for “prospecting” or “sales follow up” in my calendar. It’s an appointment in my calendar with myself, but I rarely ever move it. I have found that these small sprint blocks are often what feed my calendar and pipeline for the next month.

May was an intentional month for our CG Sports team in terms of our outreach approach. Instead of chasing mass volume sales outreach, we intentionally used May to make strategic high-quality moves. This meant focusing on refining our processes and deepening existing relationships. This deliberate approach is deeply rooted in our company values, which are truly at the core of everything we do here at CG Sports.

We review these values 1-1 with every new client, sponsor and employee who joins our team. Today I’m excited to share them with you!
